or be assigned a password; we therefore have no way of personally
identifying you.

How
do we use the information you provide?
When you complete the online contribution form you can print it
out and mail it in. A copy of this information will also be electronically
provided to our campaign. The contribution form asks you to give
us contact information (such as your name and e-mail address) and
geographic information (such as your address and zip code). State
law requires the name of your employer, occupation and amount for
donations of $100 or more.
This
contributor information is provided to the Alaska Public Offices
Commission (APOC) and is available to the public. You may locate
this information at http://www.state.ak.us/local/akpages/ADMIN/apoc/home.htm
We also make a note of your telephone number and e-mail address
if you choose to provide it, but you are not required to do so.
By providing your telephone number and email address we can quickly
contact you if follow-up on your contribution is necessary.
The
campaign does use postal mailing lists it acquires from other organizations.
If your name appears on one of these lists, you may receive non-electronic
mailings from us.
